The credit promise
This development guide explains the remedy categories. This guide does not enroll you in a credit option or replace the terms that apply to your account.
We issue non-cash, expiring service credits for verified, billed, unrecovered failures; refusals, unbilled calls, and fully recovered costs earn no credit. The wallet cap is $1,000 and the applied cap is $1,000 per calendar month; the service charge stays cash.
Find the remedy for your option
| Option | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Inferock Watch | Monthly loss report only; no automatic credit. |
| Inferock Watch with in-kind credits | Eligible non-cash, expiring credits for verified, billed, unrecovered failures. |
| Inferock Serve | Non-cash credits for verified, billed, unrecovered failures. |
| Inferock Dedicated | Credit eligibility defined by the agreed SLA. |
The credit-wallet balance is capped at 1,000 USD.
Up to 1,000 USD of credit may be applied per calendar month. Every credit is non-cash and expires.
Check eligibility as well as the failure type
The objective failure taxonomy includes unavailability, empty or truncated output, invalid structured output, refusals, and billing/cache integrity. Membership in that taxonomy does not itself establish credit eligibility: a failure must be one of the verified, billed, unrecovered failures, and the option's terms still apply. Refusals, unbilled calls and fully recovered costs earn no credit.
Latency degradation and model drift or quality degradation are judgment-based categories. Credits for subjective outcomes require an agreed threshold.
Understand in-kind Inferock Watch credit
Accrued in-kind ledger credit can be applied to actual supplier cost for public-cloud Inferock Serve, up to the available balance and monthly applied cap. This ledger mechanism does not apply credits against Inferock Watch or Inferock Dedicated spend.
This is forward-use in-kind credit. It has no cash value, and the service charge stays cash.
Read the credit record
The ledger records accrual, redemption and expiry. Balance reconciles as:
accrued − redeemed − expired
Check the terms that apply to your option before relying on a credit. A measured loss does not create a credit by itself.
Credit eligibility and expiry follow those applicable customer terms.
