Head of Founder Visibility & Partnerships

About the role

Inferock builds AI infrastructure. We are hiring a Head of Founder Visibility & Partnerships to build and run the founder's external presence: the appearances, publications, partnerships, and relationships through which investors, enterprise buyers, partners, and builders come to know how the founder thinks before they ever meet him.

This is a senior, independent, opportunity-creation role. The person who takes it owns the function end to end and arrives with targets, plans, and a point of view.

What you will do

  • Build the target universe. Maintain a database of podcasters, YouTube creators, newsletter operators, journalists, community builders, founders, investors, and technical educators across broad technology and AI reach and the niches that matter: AI infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, ML engineering, enterprise software, startup founders, venture capital, and business and technology media. Rate each on audience relevance, seniority, real engagement, credibility, and reputation risk, and record which core audiences each one reaches.
  • Design each collaboration. Choose the format that fits the person: founder interview, podcast appearance, technical walkthrough, debate, explainer, launch coverage, event conversation, AMA, customer panel, benchmark or research breakdown, co-hosted webinar. Write pitches that are useful to their audience and briefs that carry validated proof points and the claims to avoid.
  • Run outreach and terms. Reach creators, hosts, producers, managers, agents, and partnership teams. Build the relationship before proposing money. Negotiate formats, deliverables, dates, review rights, disclosure, exclusivity, and reuse rights, and keep every paid relationship transparently disclosed.
  • Prepare the founder. For every appearance: the audience, the host's style, a short briefing with three points that matter, clip-ready answers, and the demos or proof to bring. Debrief after each one.
  • Publish and amplify. After every placement, write the founder's own posts about it in the founder's voice for LinkedIn, X, newsletters, Reddit, and communities, tailored to each platform; turn the long-form into clips and essays; and get the host, co-guests, partners, and relevant communities talking about it.
  • Keep the presence sharp. Own and continuously optimize the founder's profiles, LinkedIn and X first, then bio page, newsletter, YouTube, and community profiles, with prioritized upgrade suggestions and profiles that reflect every new placement within days.
  • Run it as a program. Own the pipeline from research to relationship maintained, measure by audience (investor introductions and meetings, customer conversations, partner and hiring interest), and spend where visibility per dollar and per founder-hour is highest.

Who you will reach

  • Investors: seed and Series A funds, angels, scouts, operator-investors, and the people they listen to.
  • Customers and buyers: engineering and platform leaders, CTOs, the people who run inference in production.
  • Partners: inference providers, developer-tool and cloud ecosystems, community organizers.
  • Future hires and peers: the builders, ML engineers, and founders whose respect compounds everything else.

The standard for every placement

The creator's audience learns something useful from the founder. Never "this founder or company is amazing"; always the substance: how this founder thinks about unreliable LLM inference in production, what enterprises get wrong when they deploy AI, a technical conversation about routing, cost, reliability, and governance, a neutral expert review grounded in real product experience, original benchmarks and real operating lessons.

How you will work

  • Opportunity creation, not request fulfillment. You identify, prioritize, create, and close the opportunities; you do not wait for a brief.
  • Weekly: a ranked pipeline of speaking, podcast, media, community, and collaboration opportunities; the target list with a relationship strategy per person; the founder-content plan tied to company moments and industry conversations.
  • Monthly: a visibility review of wins, audience quality, conversations and inbound produced, and what to double down on.
  • You own the function. The founder's time is the one input you schedule and protect.

Who you are

  • You have run visibility or partnerships for a founder or senior executive.
  • You hold real relationships across technology and AI media, podcasts, newsletters, and creator communities.
  • You write with precision, in someone else's voice when needed.
  • You judge people and formats by trust and relevance, not by follower counts.

Location and who you will work with

The investors, media, podcasts, newsletters, communities, and buyers this role works with are in the United States, and the role runs on US time zones. You can be based anywhere you can work those hours and build those relationships; US-based is preferred.
